Welcome!
My name is Arianna and I am a licensed independent clinical Social Worker.I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2014 with my Masters in Social Work, passing national boards and obtaining my full clinical license (LW 60848117) in 2018.
I have nearly 13 years of experience in the Social Work field, with the primary focus of my work being with adults and families in acute hospital and outpatient settings. My work has allowed me the opportunity to work with individuals of different ages, races and life circumstance. Each individual having a unique story and set of needs.Whether it was working with a patient who was newly diagnosed with cancer working to adjust and develop coping skills, individuals experiencing challenges with mental health and unstable housing, families adjusting to loss of a loved one and so much more.
I have always felts that it is an honor to be allowed to be a small part of an individuals journey through life, often meeting people on their worst days. I look forward to carrying the empathy, care and compassion that I have fostered over the years into my practice.
When not working, outside of spending time with family, I enjoy elevating the quality and frequency of self-care moments that I gift myself with! Yes, I consider self-care a gift to myself. Whether it's a small moment like staying up a little later to watch the new episodes of my favorite show, going to the gym, or planning my next big vacation. No moment of self-care is too small. I also love sports (playing and watching) and traveling. I am always looking for a new destination to explore.
